Your team is led by smart professionals who know your organization and your discipline intimately. But the complex issues involved in leading a cultural nonprofit today can challenge even the most skilled management team.
Using our first-hand experience in the arts and working with faculty from leading business and graduate schools, we deliver comprehensive executive-level education programs that provide the tools you need to navigate this ever-changing environment, to manage the people and resources needed for success, and to lead your organization towards its mission. Our unique concentration on team-based education means that you and your team can use our programs as off-site working sessions to build shared skills that make implementing new ideas easier.
