Our residential programs offer arts and cultural leaders a chance to engage in intensive study for professional growth. These programs allow participants to delve deeply into issues that are critical to their organizations and their current and future careers. In addition, the strong bonds that are formed by living and working together, even for a short span of time, enrich the experience and create a lasting transformation.
From 2002 to 2007, we presented the Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders in the Arts, a two-week intensive survey program on management and leadership for arts and culture executives. Click here to read more about this six-year partnership with the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
